Incaverse Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to the Incaverse, an interactive game experience operated by Buskeros Brands. SL ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Incaverse game ("Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Game.
2. Eligibility
The Game is intended for users who are at least 16 years old. By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of 16, you must not use the Game.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Game, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. License to Use the Game
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm us or any third party.
5. User Conduct
While using the Game, you agree not to:
- Engage in any activity that violates these Terms, including any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
- Use the Game to transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Exploit or manipulate the Game in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functioning.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game, other users' accounts, or any related systems or networks.
- Use any automated means to interact with the Game, including bots, scripts, or data mining tools.
6. Virtual Goods and In-Game Currency
The Game may include virtual goods, in-game currency, or other digital items that can be purchased or earned within the Game. These virtual goods and in-game currency have no real-world value and are non-transferable. You acknowledge that you do not own these items and that your purchase of any virtual goods or in-game currency grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use them within the Game.
7. Payments and Refunds
All payments for virtual goods, in-game currency, or other Game-related purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify the pricing, availability, or functionality of any virtual goods or in-game currency at any time without prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property
The Game and all related content, including but not limited to graphics, text, software, music, and videos, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Game or its content without our prior written consent.
9. User-Generated Content
You may have the opportunity to create, submit, or share content within the Game ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the Game.
You agree not to submit any User-Generated Content that:
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Contains personal information about another person without their consent.
- Is illegal, offensive, or otherwise violates these Terms.
We reserve the right to remove or modify any User-Generated Content at our discretion.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Game is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Game, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Termination
